How do I connect to the 4G network?

1/4 Have a 4G SIM card

If your current SIM cards are not 4G compatible.

Request a 4G compatible SIM card from your nearest Orange shop or the nearest service point.

While at the same time retaining your number and your contacts.

2/4 Have a 4G device

If you have a 4G smartphone, 4G tablet, 4G dongle, 4G Flybox, etc., your devices must be 4G compatible. 

Select a device then consult Features Tab - Networks and Connectivity as well as the service points.

3/4 Be located in a 4G Coverage zone

You must be in an area covered by 4G network.

4/4 Have purchased data bundles

All the mobile and internet bundles are 4G compatible.
