How do I resolve a signal problem?

If you have poor reception, you can carry out 2 easy tests in order to re-establish a signal.

  • Switch your phone off and on again
  • Install your SIM card in another mobile to see if your card or device is the cause

In such cases, we suggest you try 3G mode by following the procedure explained below:

  • Go to "Settings", select "Connection"
  • Then select "Mobile networks" (or "More networks"), and Network mode, the network mode will display the different types of network (4G/3G/2G (auto connect)
  • Select "3G only"
