Making a cash withdrawal

Any cash withdrawal must be done from your Orange Money account at an Orange Money shop or at any authorized Orange Money agent. 

To withdraw cash from your account: 

• Visit an Orange shop or an authorized Orange Money Agent
• Provide the agent with your phone number
• Receive the confirmation request SMS on your mobile phone
• Dial *144# and press 'send' or 'call'
• When prompted, confirm the transaction with your secret PIN and press 'send' or 'call'
• Receive the confirmation in your SMS
• Collect the money you requested from the agent at the point of sales
• Make sure that the information contained in the SMS are correct.

This service will automatically be charged by the Orange Money system at 2% of the value withdrawn.
