National High School Debate

Orange Liberia was once again the proud sponsor of the Liberia National High School Debate in 2019. This year, the organizers – Youth for Change- took up and succeeded at the challenge given to them by Orange Liberia to ensure that schools from all 15 counties in Liberia were represented in the debate. This very well-attended series of competitions culminated with the grand finale held at the Executive Pavilion in Monrovia Liberia in June 2019 whereby Grand Gedeh County won the first place and second place went to Montserrado county. Both teams were excellent in their debate thesis and won the acclaim from Orange Liberia, the Ministry of Education as well as Nobel Peace Laureate Madame Leymah Gbowee.
