When you download the app, you do not have to provide information on your identity or your Orange Money secret code. The Orange Money app recovers your telephone number automatically in order to identify you as an eligible Orange Money customer. This simplifies your navigation and avoids having to identify yourself
In order to provide rapid access to your data, Orange Money contains a cache which memorizes the latest information displayed in the app. To delete this information, go to your Settings menu -> Orange Money > delete cache
Orange Money may disclose your personal data if it is required and/or compelled to disclose same by reason that it is necessary to: (i) conform to a legal requirement; or (ii) comply with a legal process; or (iii) defend the rights or property of Orange Money; or (iv) if required to do so by Governmental or Regulatory Authority.
No information should be submitted to the App by persons below the age of 18 years
Orange Money App reserves the right to vary the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting of the varied Privacy Policy on the App. You shall be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy available on the App each time you access to or use the App
You agree that your interaction with this App shall not be involved into acts leading to corruption, bribery, money laundering, conflict of Interest and other vises that may be inimical to the Policy of Orange globally. This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Liberia and you and Orange Money App agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Liberia, over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy. By singing to this Policy, this shall constitute Orange legal authority.
