Social Venture Prize in Africa

2019 will be the 3rd year that Orange Liberia will participate in the Orange Social Venture Prize in Africa and the Middle East which is launched by Orange globally every year. This prize aims to award innovative projects based on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) which improve the living conditions of people in Africa and the Middle East in fields such as education, healthcare, farming, mobile payments or sustainable development. The national number of applicant to the OSVP prize in Liberia has grown exponentially since its inception in Liberia in 2017. In 2019, Orange Liberia has added an additional prize specifically for the venture which benefits and impacts women the most.
