By signing up to participate in Orange Talents, I hereby warrant and agree to the following terms and conditions:
I am between the ages of 18 – 35 years old and will provide a valid national citizen ID, passport or birth certificate on the day of the audition to validate my identity and verify my age.
I understand that participation in this competition is completely free and that I will be disqualified if I pay for anything or attempt to make any payments to the organizers, judges or any other official for my participation in the competition.
I will attend the audition and each qualifying round that I am eligible to participate in and acknowledge that missing any of the qualifying rounds will automatically disqualify me from the competition.
I understand that the Organizers reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organizer’s control.
I understand that prizes are not transferable and no substitutions are permitted. If the prize is not claimed within one month, the prize will be forfeited.
I understand that the Organizers takes no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
I understand that the Organizers reserves the right to disqualify me for other ethical or legal reasons not stated within these terms and conditions and without providing cause.
I understand, agree, authorize and consent for the Organizers to use in full, my name and to reproduce, and/or publish photographs and/or live and/or recorded audio and/or video that includes my image, likeness and/or voice in connection to the competition, for all purposes including but not limited to television program, radio, motion picture, wireless/mobile device, or the internet, newspapers, banners, billboards, SMS, including advertising, marketing, promoting, merchandising and the exploitation of any and all ancillary and subsidiary rights, as the same may be edited, in all media now known or hereafter created, throughout the universe, in connection with the event and for the duration of this agreement with no further compensation.
I understand that that my submitting this form, I am indicating my agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
