This portal will allow people all over Liberia – even those with zero data balance on their phone - to have access to thousands of education materials online.

To access the content, you do not need to susbscribe to anything. While browsing on these web sites, watching videos, reading books, all the browsing is totally free:

• If you have no credit or no data on your phone, it will work ;
• If you have a data package on your phone, it will work and no data will be deducted from your existing package ;
• If you have not data package on your phone but have credit, it will work and no credit will be deducted from your phone in Pay As You Go usage.
