The Management of Orange Liberia notifies its valued customers that based on a directive from the Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) and According to LTA -Order 0016-02-25-19, a new regulatory fee and floor prices on mobile voice on-net and mobile data services are introduced on September 1, 2019.

Orange customers are informed that floor prices imposed by the new order are:
- for mobile voice on-net services: US$0.0156 per minute,
- for mobile data services: US$0.00218 per Megabyte (MB).
The new regulatory fee represents 5% of Mobile Network Operators revenues, calculated on the same basis as the existing 15% Global Sales Tax (GST).
Consequently, all packages, bundles, offers and promotions including either mobile voice on-net or mobile data services have been readjusted to conform to the new regulation.
