Orange Liberia has proudly joined affiliates across the OMEA region to launch the second edition of the OMEA Learning Week, taking place from April 20 to 23, 2026 an impactful initiative that places people development at the center of business transformation.
Designed to make learning accessible, relevant, and continuous, the OMEA Learning Week reinforces Orange’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce. The initiative aligns with the Group’s core values Care, Responsibility, and Boldness while introducing a strong focus on Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI), equipping employees with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Throughout the week, Orange Liberia employees are actively participating in a rich blend of interactive webinars, in-person workshops, and mandatory training modules (visas). These sessions are thoughtfully curated to address both global priorities and local business realities, covering critical areas such as leadership development, project management, compliance and risk management, digital productivity, and AI adoption.
A defining feature of this year’s Learning Week is its emphasis on practical, hands-on learning. Employees are not only gaining knowledge but also applying new skills in real time—enhancing workflows, improving reporting standards, and exploring innovative tools that drive efficiency and smarter decision-making.
